Update to the Cancellation Policy for stays purchased in the “Online Shop”
We have updated the “Cancellation Policy” for stays purchased in our Online Shop, changing from “Non-Refundable” to “Partially Refundable” according to the following scheme:
Up to 60 days before the arrival date | Euro 40.00 Penalty for practice management costs |
Up to 30 days before the arrival date | 50% Penalty |
Up to 15 days before the arrival date | 70% Penalty |
After that date | 100% Penalty |
