PROGETTO CO-FINANZIATO DAL PR FESR VENETO 2021-2027 PROGRAMMA PR FESR VENETO 2021-2027 – Bando per l'erogazione di contributi alle imprese per investimenti innovativi nel settore ricettivo turistico alle piccole imprese di montagna – DGR n. 1640 del 22 dicembre 2023 – Azione 1.3.8 Sostegno alla competitività delle imprese nelle destinazioni turistiche attraverso interventi di qualificazione dell'offerta e innovazione di prodotto/servizio strategica ed organizzativa. Sub-Azione C) "Investimenti innovativi nel settore ricettivo turistico" Progetto realizzato Grazie al contributo della Regione Veneto l’Hotel Ca’ del Bosco di Selva di Cadore ha realizzato un articolato progetto di efficientamento energetico, miglioramento della sicurezza e incremento dell’accessibilità della propria struttura, con l’obiettivo di ridurre i consumi e offrire ai propri ospiti un soggiorno ancora più confortevole e sostenibile. L’intervento si inserisce nella strategia regionale per la transizione ecologica e digitale del comparto turistico-ricettivo, in coerenza con la Destinazione DMO Dolomiti e con la macro-strategia europea EUSALPS per un’economia alpina più verde, efficiente e inclusiva. Gli interventi realizzati: Il progetto ha interessato in modo coordinato diverse aree dell’hotel, integrando soluzioni tecnologiche, strutturali e impiantistiche di ultima generazione: Impianto fotovoltaico da 10 kW, installato su una tettoia a falda unica realizzata ex novo come struttura di supporto e contemporaneamente come copertura per tre posti auto, di cui due riservati a persone con disabilità. La tettoia, ottimamente orientata a sud, consente la produzione di circa 14.000 kWh/anno e un autoconsumo stimato tra il 36% e il 40%, evitando circa 3,6 tonnellate di CO₂ l’anno. Integrazione dell’impianto per la produzione di acqua calda sanitaria con pompa di calore aria acqua da 20kW in grado di sfruttare l’energia fornita dai pannelli fotovoltaici di nuova installazione. Sostituzione della grande parete vetrata di una camera con una nuova struttura triplo vetro ad alte prestazioni termiche, completa di oscuranti elettrici integrati, migliorando isolamento termico e comfort ambientale Rinnovo dell’illuminazione esterna con 16 corpi illuminanti artigianali in legno di larice locale dotati di tecnologia LED, con riduzione dell’assorbimento energetico dell’87%. Installazione di badge elettronici in tutte le camere per l’attivazione e lo spegnimento automatico delle luci e delle prese elettriche, e sensori di presenza nei locali di servizio con sostituzione delle lampade al neon con LED. Sostituzione di freezer a pozzo datati con armadi frigoriferi a temperatura negativa di nuova generazione, alimentati con gas ecologico R290. Installazione di un impianto di videosorveglianza con cinque telecamere, a protezione delle aree comuni, dei parcheggi e dei depositi sci e biciclette, a tutela di ospiti e personale. Sostituzione di due vasche da bagno con piatti doccia a filo pavimento, per migliorare la fruibilità dei servizi igienici e l’accessibilità a persone con mobilità ridotta. Risultati e obiettivi raggiunti: Grazie agli interventi realizzati, l’Hotel Ca’ del Bosco ha migliorato la propria classe energetica da D ad A1, riducendo in modo significativo i consumi e le emissioni. Il progetto ha inoltre incrementato la sicurezza, l’accessibilità e la qualità degli spazi, confermando l’impegno dell’hotel verso un modello di ospitalità più sostenibile, tecnologica e inclusiva. Questi investimenti si inseriscono in un percorso più ampio di responsabilità ambientale già avviato dalla struttura — che include l’eliminazione degli sprechi alimentari grazie all’app “Club del Bosco” e la sostituzione di tutta l’illuminazione interna con LED — e rappresentano un passo concreto verso la transizione ecologica del turismo dolomitico. Gli interventi sono stati completati ad ottobre 2025 con una spesa ammessa complessiva di € 155.094,18 e con contributo ammesso di €77.547,09.

A bit of history of Selva di Cadore - Venetian Dolomites - from the "Men of Mondeval" to nowdays. A little history of Selva di Cadore From the first hunters of 7000 years ago to nowdays PRIMORDIAL ORIGINS The Mondeval Man Not much is known about the first period, except that if the Hunter of Mondeval de Sora , who now rests in the local museum, having grabbed his bow for going back hunting, would no longer recognize the valley. In fact, about 7000 years ago, Val Fiorentina was all covered by woods. There were no clear spots, where inhabited centers are now standing, surrounded by sown fields. This environment, for millennia, was animated only by passing hunters. Antiquity and Roman age Towards the end of the first millennium BC, the valley began to come alive not only with hunters but also with shepherds. Increasing number of flocks began to cross the highest areas of the valleys around, where they could find abundant pastures: from the Passo Giau to Mondeval de Sora, Fertazza, Staulanza , Forada and Fork Roan . All shepherds probably came from the Cadore area, already inhabited centuries before.This provenance finds confirmation in the belonging, from the end of the first century BC, of the territory of Selva to the Roman Municipium of Julium Carnicum , and has unequivocal historical evidence in the rock inscriptions of Mount Civetta, Coldai and Col Davagnin, right on the mount Fertazza. These inscriptions consist of the words "FIN BEL IVL"; "fin" means "fines", that is "boundaries"; "bel" is the abbreviation of "bellunati" that is of the members of the Roman Municipium of Bellunum and "iul" is the abbreviation of "iulienses" that is of the members of the Roman Municipium of Julium Carnicum . The whole Val Fiorentina , therefore, including the territory towards the Civetta, was assigned to the use of pastures by the Cadore peasants. The situation lasted throughout the millennium AD, up to the early medieval period, when some new events occurred. The middle Ages Around 1000 AD, human presence intensified in Selva di Cadore: not only more hunters and shepherds, but also woodcutters and mineral researchers (iron and lead). All these people, coming from Val Boite , brought some seasonal settlements to Val Fiorentina (mainly during the spring and summer seasons) which over time, around the 12th century. approximately, they turned into permanent settlements. Since then, the entire valley began to transform due to the activity that man exercised. At first the settlements, mostly linked to pastoralism, were characterized by "home and stable" dwellings and were located in climatically protected areas with nearby water supplies. In these areas (Pescul, Toffol, Marin) they began to make clearings, cutting the forest and using the timber to build the stables and houses. The first areas were precisely those closest to Cadore (Pescul), then gradually the other places ,reaching Villa and Fiorentina. At first the settlements were small, whose members, for the privilege of remaining all year round, paid according to the rules of Mondeval and Festornigo di San Vito di Cadore , owners of the entire Val Fiorentina. Gradually the human presence intensified and it was necessary to better structure the agricultural activity, concentrating the houses in "vile" (inhabited centers) in order not to subtract space from the pastures and the cultivation of cereals and broad beans. Non e' possibile scegliere online, e' necessario richiedere al personale SERVIZI: Visualizza i servizi disponibili ed eventualmente richiedili al personale ESPERIENZE OUTDOOR: scopri se durante il tuo soggiorno sono presenti Esperienze Outdoor COME ORDINARE, CORREGGERE, CANCELLARE, INVIARE I TUOI ORDINI Accedi alla tua area personale utilizzando le credenziali (Login e Password) che ti abbiamo fornito, ovvero nome della tua camera e numero del telefono cellulare che ci hai fornito al momento della prenotazione Appena effettuato l'accesso, potrai accedere alle funzioni di tuo interesse. Le funzioni principali sono quelle della scelta del BREAKFAST e della CENA (le rimanenti sono di consultazione / informazione) Ricordiamo che il BREAKFAST e' a pagamento (ogni pietanza riporta una descrizione ed il prezzo), mentre la CENA e' compresa nel prezzo. Scelta del Breakfast - Correzioni - Cancellazioni - Invio e ricezione conferma ordine Scegli tra le oltre 90 proposte di cui dispone il nostro ricco e variegato Breakfast. Il sistema e' automaticamente predisposto ad offrirti 1 unita' per ogni singola pietanza/bevanda. Puoi - da subiot - modificare le quantita' a tuo piacimento. Una volta determinata a quantita' desiderata, ricordati di cliccare sul pulsante "ORDINE". Comparira' subito un'indicazione di conferma del singolo ordine da te appena effettuato Una volta completato l'ordine, scorri la pagina sino alla parte inferiore. Troverai il pulsante: IL TUO ORDINE, recante il numero delle pietanze/bevande da te scelte. Clicca il pulsante ed accedi ad una pagina di riepilogo Quando clicchi sul pulsante IL TUO ORDINE, visualizzerai un primo riepilogo degli ordini. A questo punto potrai: MODIFICARE (AGGIUNGRNDO O SOTTRAENDO LA QUANTITA' DI OGNI SINGOLO ORDINE E CONFERMANDO LA SCELTA CLICCANDO SULLA ROTELLINA VERDE ANNULLARE L'ORDINE DI OGNI SINGOLA PIETANZA/BEVANDA CLICCANDO SULL'APPOSITO SIMBOLO DI CANCELLAZIONE DI COLORE ROSSO Verifica definitiva dell'ordine ed invio Quando sai sicuro che il tuo ordine e' corretto nelle quantita', potrai cliccare sul pulsante VISUALIZZA riepilogo per un'ultimo controllo. Verrai indirizzato all'ultima pagina dell'ordine e potrai quindi inviarlo al sistema che provvedera' a processarlo ed inviarti una mail automatica di ricezione (che include il dettaglio del tuo ordine ed il prezzo). Il tuo Breakfast verra' servito al tavolo, non appena accederai alla sala colazioni Per la scelta della CENA , valgono le medesime istruzioni. Il prezzo della Cena e' compreso nel tuo soggiorno (bevande escluse) e quindi le vivande ed il dessert non riportano alcu alcun prezzo. Accedi all'Applicazione
